The artisanal Geuzestekerij Odilon is located in Bever, in the heart of the Pajottenland.
Here, the old Jouret brewery building (built in the 1890s) has been given a new future.
It's in this magnificent building that Thomas and Ines pour their heart and soul into their lambics. At Odilon, quality always trumps quantity. All products are carefully selected and crafted into true gems.
